Each purchase includes immediate access to the digital content and a required physical component, which will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times for the physical component may vary.

2. Instant Access and Delivery

Upon completion of payment, you will automatically receive access to the digital materials associated with your purchase. The physical component will be shipped separately. Both digital and physical components constitute the full product you are purchasing.

3. All Sales Final

Because each purchase includes instant-access digital content and a physical product that is prepared for shipment immediately after purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason once the order is placed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.

4. Payment Authorization and Responsibility

By completing checkout, you authorize the full payment amount using the payment method selected. If you select a payment plan or deferred payment arrangement through your chosen payment provider, you agree to complete all associated payment obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with the terms of your payment method. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of access to the digital materials and delays in shipment of the physical component.

5. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from Ndiaye Consulting LLC, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

Use the materials for commercial resale, redistribution, or reproduction

Claim ownership over the content or use it to create competing products

Violation of this license may result in legal action.

6. No Guarantees or Professional Advice

7. Physical Component

Your purchase includes a physical product that forms part of the full offer. This component will be shipped to the address submitted at checkout.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Ndiaye Consulting LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

8. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All digital materials, written resources, systems, frameworks, designs, concepts, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Ndiaye Consulting LLC.

You may not use any portion of the materials to create derivative works, commercial products, or intellectual property of your own.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
